This relationship started about 7 months ago.

My husband and I have 2 soldiers in the US Army. In June of last year our oldest was involved in a Chinook helicopter crash. So naturally we were gone for months as this happened overseas and took forever to get him back stateside. (BTW all 22 souls on board survived)

Anyhow we came home to find our AC had died. We called the company that was listed on our unit. Big mistake! This man came and honestly said, "I wouldn't put my time into it, it will run for a day or two and be done." "You would be silly to think otherwise." Well, I am silly! I called these guys

and when the gentleman named Steve showed up, he was the image of perfection when it comes to a business. Well groomed, every tool attached to his waist, and a fantastic personality to go with it.

As we are telling him our story about our son and that funds are extremely tight at the moment, he proceeded to tell us that he himself was a veteran, a marine! Obviously, things were still very raw coming home to this mess along with leaving my son broken and burned for serving our county, so I naturally had tears in my eyes.

This was no different than the last encounter with the previous company. Only this man went above and beyond for us! He not only fixed the unit in 5 minutes, but he also gave us a "small charge" and said it was on them for my son's service to our country.

In closing, we have 2 houses on this property with 2 units. both are very old and need to be replaced like yesterday. Because of this man's kindness and honesty, they have now gained a full-service contract with us along with 2 new units in the very near future (Pending the life of military parents lol) So, Thank You Steve! And thank you AC/DC! Btw I am writing this today 7 months later because we had our first service visit, and it was Steve again! He really is just a genuine guy! When you see him, thank him for his service and tell him we think he's great!
